A 1 to 1 Pilates session allows you an hour to focus on what you need and want from a session, and might include a combination of both mat and reformer work.

Private Mat Pilates Sessions
Just you against gravity, tailored to your body and your goals. The mat offers a different challenge to the reformer, will build your coordination and control, your flow and your stamina. Sometimes small equipment is added to the session, to give a new dimension and and connection to the exercises.
