A 30 minute burst of high intensity movement - The perfect way to start your day, great for busy mums and working women.

  • 7 - 7.30am Wednesday live stream

  • Join from the comfort of your home - or even office

  • Working on stretch, strength, cardio and core to mobilise and set you up for the day

  • Great for improving circulation of both your cardiac and lymphatic system, increasing oxygen intake and your metabolism, focusing your mind and releasing endorphins

Lunch Break Pilates Live

A 45 minute class to fit into your lunch break - Gentle stretching and exercises to release desk fatigue without a sweat!

  • 12.15 - 1pm Tuesday live stream
