None at all. The 7AM Body Reset is designed to be accessible whatever your starting point — whether you've never set foot on a mat or you've been moving for years. Guro guides you through every exercise so you always know exactly what to do.

No problem — every live session is recorded and replay access is included with your membership. You can catch up in your own time, though most members find showing up live keeps them consistent.

Just a mat or a towel and a small space to move in. Light hand weights and a resistance band are optional extras that add variety, but you'll never be required to have them.

Guro has over 15 years of experience working with people of all ages and physical histories. That said, if you have a specific injury or medical condition, it's worth dropping her a message before joining so she can advise whether this is the right class for you.
